Southwest University of Visual Arts (SUVA) is a private art college based out of Tucson, Arizona, United States with a branch campus located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Founded in 1983, SUVA was formerly known as The Art Center Design College.
SUVA is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and a Member of the North Central Association. SUVA offers Bachelor's degrees in Graphic Design, Illustration, Studio Arts, Photography, Animation, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, and Advertising & Marketing. SUVA also offers Master of Fine Arts degrees with concentrations in Graphic Design, Motion Arts, Painting and Illustration, Photography, and Sculpture.
SUVA has no association and should not be confused with the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.
